Nominees should meet the following selection criteria, which will be used by the selection committee to select the Chris Silagy Prize recipient. * The nominee has made an extra-ordinary contribution to The Cochrane Collaboration. * The nominee has made a contribution that exceeds the expectations of their employment. * The nominee has made a contribution to The Cochrane Collaboration that would not be recognised outside the scope of this Prize (for example, the publication of a piece of research work or conducting a Cochrane review does not fall within the scope of this Prize as it qualifies for other awards and methods of recognition). * The nominee is identified by their peers as consistently contributing to a spirit of collaboration. Each nomination should include: * the name of the proposer * two seconders * the acceptance of the nomination by the nominee * and a supporting document from the proposer, limited to 400 words, addressing the selection criteria and outlining the reasons why the nominee should be awarded the Chris Silagy Prize.
