The Cochrane Collaboration runs regular face-to-face training workshops for authors of Cochrane reviews at introductory and advanced levels.

- Online learning is now available for authors of intervention reviews in the UK and Ireland, thanks to the UK Cochrane Centre and the University of Portsmouth.
- The Diagnostic Test Accuracy Working Group lists training events for authors of diagnostic reviews.

- Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions - the official handbook describes in detail the process of preparing and maintaining Cochrane reviews of the effects of healthcare interventions. You can also find the Handbook on the Help menu of the RevMan software.
- Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Diagnostic Test Accuracy – this handbook is in development. New chapters are posted to this website as they are completed.
- RevMan – download the software used to prepare and maintain Cochrane reviews, and find documentation and support.
- GRADEprofiler – download the software used to create Summary of Findings tables for Cochrane systematic reviews, and find documentation and support.
- Cochrane Style Guide – authors must check their reviews against the official style guide before submitting drafts for editorial review.
