To assess the clinical effectiveness and safety of gabapentinoids in preventing chronic post-thoracotomy pain after lung surgery in adults. The primary objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of perioperative systemic drugs for the prevention of chronic pain after lung surgery by examining the prevalence of patients reporting pain three months or longer postoperatively.
