Effect of phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors on blood pressure

Primary objectives

To quantify the dose‐related effects of PDE5 inhibitors on systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure compared to placebo in adults. 

Secondary objective

To quantify the dose‐related effects of PDE5 inhibitors on heart rate.

To quantify the effects of PDE5 inhibitors on withdrawals due to adverse effects.
