The role of high-dose chemotherapy with autologous stem cell transplantation in adults with mature T-cell lymphomas

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:

To define the role of HDT followed by autoSCT in the treatment of MTCL in adults (≥18 years of age), particularly with respect to its efficacy and safety as a first-line therapy, and secondarily for its efficacy and safety as a salvage option.
