Electrical stimulation of the motor system after stroke

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:

To assess if cyclical electrical stimulation (CES) is effective at increasing voluntary strength, and functional electrical stimulation (FES) is effective at improving activity after stroke.
